Job Description:
This is a key administrative position part of the sales process, able to discuss the company among new leads and potential customers; support the sales and marketing activities; develop, build, and manage the CRM system, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact new leads/prospects via sales calls, direct mail, email, networking, social media, video conferences etc.
• Follow-up effectively and develop an ongoing connection with potential customers.
• Manage the current CRM solution and keep detailed records of sales and leads activity.
• Develop sales territory, search, identify and rank possible prospects and growth opportunities.
• Support the different stages on the marketing and sales process.
• Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Use sales expertise to maximize and close sales per contact to build an effective sales pipeline.
• Work together with other sales representatives to develop new ideas and create new marketing/sales strategies.
• Refer new opportunities for growth to other company sales resources as appropriate.
• Support all efforts established by Business Development and other sales and management resources as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
• Sales, Marketing, Telemarketing experience
• Advanced level - Oral and Written English
• PC proficiency: MS Office, Skype, Gmail, Google Drive, eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Flexibility, creativity, self-discipline
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork
• Must have an available computer with internet access during business hours
• Experience using different CRM systems
• Have knowledge/experience in Software Testing industry
• Experience working with remote teams.
