THE POSITION
We are seeking for professional to join us as Freelance Help Desk Agent becoming part of our CALA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support on Tier 1 and Tier 2 and troubleshooting issues.
Effectively and efficiently update and maintain internal user support systems.

Our Help Desk Agents are the first contact with our colleagues when an issue arise. We are interested in hiring individuals aimed to ensure customer satisfaction by doing above and beyond to resolve customer issues being contacted on mail, chat and videoconferences.

WHO ARE YOU?
An Information Technology or Computer Science student (desirable).
Experienced troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
You have previous experience in customer service position (mandatory).
You have flexibility to work overtime and guard on-call (mandatory).
You have strong advanced English communication and written skills (mandatory).
Experienced as a freelancer (desirable).
